the building has a fine appearance.

I found the gym equipment to be in disrepair. the wifi signal was unreliable. It frequently disconnected. the airport pickup, arranged through the hotel, did not arrive promptly.

A Nice Palace Stay

We stayed in a Beautiful Double or Twin Room and it had a very distinct character.. the high ceilings and detailed décor really stood out. The bed was firm and comfortable, ensuring restful sleep. I also found the room service prompt. They delivered our requests quickly and efficiently. The bathroom had premium toiletries, a nice touch.

The gym equipment was a little dated, but was still functional.

Breakfast included a wide array of Indian and continental dishes. The selection of fresh fruit was particularly excellent. The main restaurant featured intricate designs. Vegetarian options were plentiful on the menu.

The outdoor pool was a refreshing escape. It included sufficient lounge chairs for all guests. The hotel features a well kept garden, a peaceful location for a stroll. The business center provides computers and printers for guest use.

Staff members were helpful at all times and addressed our queries efficiently. The concierge assisted with local tour bookings, offering great advice. Check-in was quick and efficient, a very cute experience. They provided a very efficient turndown service each evening.

The hotel is close to local markets.. a very short taxi ride. The area not sketchy at all and secure, even late at night. The hotel provided convenient access to cultural sites. Transportation was easy to arrange from the front desk.

poor quality rough towels

The staff was helpful, made things easier.

The towels in my room were of very poor quality. They felt thin and rough. They were definitely not what I expected for a luxury hotel. I think new towels would improve the experience..
